We planned and worked water station #8 at mile 11.8 of the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon 2009. It was a lot of work but very fun. We had a great group of volunteers that showed up at 4:30 in the morning and worked through clean-up at about 10:30. About 18,000 runners came through our water station. It was incredible.
